Conrad Strabone (head honcho) has been leading web development teams for over 10 years now. There isn’t much that surprises him about the web, but he’s continually amazed by it.
Jina Kiem (creative lead) has over a decade of big agency brand and design experience plus years of dreaming about filling the web with beautiful, relevant websites.
Travis Cox (programming prodigy), a self-proclaimed "math geek", was grown on a farm in upstate New York. He's been programming pixel-perfect sites for many years now.

You’ll also need a leader with a plan: Conrad and his "Management of Advanced Projects" plan. MAP lays out an easy-to-follow path that moves a project from start to finish quickly. It’ll take the mystery and aggravation out of complex jobs by keeping you involved in every step – ensuring an on-time, on-budget completion.
YOUR PROJECT WILL GO SOMETHING LIKE THIS...
Our first step is to get to know you – to understand your needs and goals.
Then we’ll develop concepts for you. Once we feel they’ve met your business objectives as well as our aesthetic standard, we’ll present them and gather your feedback. We’ll then refine as necessary.
Next, the concept will go to programmers who build-out the site. From there, the site undergoes testing from our Quality Assurance Team who’ll "OK" for release.
When it’s ready, you’ll review and approve. The site then goes “live”...and we’re done.
